A-Frame style carports offer a more traditional roof silhouette while still remaining affordable. Roof panels run front to back, making them a more economical choice to protect your vehicle.

Vertical metal roofs are the strongest roofing option. Roof panels run down the side of the building, strengthening the roof and encouraging rain & snow to slide down the side.

 Every building design starts with selecting your roof style. TMC offers a variety of roof choices that let you customize the look and price of your combo unit.

 You have a lot of options when it comes to your combo unit. Build a carport with storage or a garage with an outdoor sitting area–it’s up to you.

After building out your combo unit, you’ll have the opportunity to customize the colors, accents, and other features of the building.

After you’ve ordered your steel combo unit, you’ll need to prepare the building site. Level the ground and lay the foundation it needs.

 Our team will handle the delivery and installation of your combo unit. Depending on how complicated your unit is, it may take up to a day to complete.

12 gauge steel has a 20 yr no rust warranty

Sheet metal has a 10 yr warranty

Structured anchored with rebar only have no wind warranty

All structures come with a 120 mph wind warranty with the recommended amount of ground anchors, concrete anchors or asphalt anchors. depending on foundation type. 

Additional framing and sheet metal upgrades can increase wind warranty to 140 mph
